The Big Room

The Big Room is our only space that we rent for less than 4 nights.  The others must be a back to back with another booking to rent for less than 4 nights.  The Big Room can be connected with Treetop Studio or with Sundeck Studio, for larger families or two couples traveling together.

The Big Room is huge!  Its really like a "loft".   25 X 45 feet,  that's over 1100  square feet, with 15 foot high ceilings and a screened balcony 5 foot wide by 28 feet long.  Most guests describe it as "Stunning!" or "Gorgeous!"  The acoustics are such that when laying in the bed, the river sounds like it is gurgling in your ear and not far away. You will share the space with an aviary next to kitchen with gouldian finches.

The Big Room includes King and full size beds, futons if needed, a small bathroom with shower, a balcony kitchenette with frig, gas range, microwave, toaster oven, an extra dining table on lanai, cable TV, DVD player, CD player, and laundry facilities.  Sorry, no tub,  just shower.

Aloha Sweet Seclusion Seasonal Rates Summary

The minimum stay is four nights, unless you can book back to back with another booking.  (We may accept less than 4 nights in the Big Room.  Please ask and we'll see if we can work something out) Christmas season is 6 night minimum booking. 

Reunions.  We can accommodate up to 16 adults, maybe more. If you take three or four spaces there is 10% discount and 6 night minimum stay.  We also give 10% discount to returning guests, single travelers,  and couples both under 25 (who are going to pay sorely for car rental). 

The prices below include all state taxes (11.25%) and cleaning fee ($85) and are for 2 adults & children under 16 free.   For one or two extra 'adults', (anyone 16 or older) please add $15/night.  For 3 or more extra adults in one unit,  add $25/night.   "Grand total" means no other fees. Remember if paying with credit card, there will be additional 3% fee.
