Riverview Retreat Kauai Vacation Rental

"Riverview Retreat" has the space and large kitchen for 5 people, but honeymoon couples should not shy away. This is a romantic river atmosphere and is very spacious but not "too much"... There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, with 1000 square feet total, all hardwood floors, cathedral redwood ceilings, and a large screened in balcony that hangs over river 20 feet away.

The two separate bedrooms have a King Bed and the other a Queen size bed. In living room there is also a fold out couch. Both bedrooms hear the sounds of the river (yes, it is peaceful and romantic!) and look down on landscaped ponds and gardens. We recommend 5 people maximum, as there is just one bathroom.

The bathroom has a sunken tub and shower with Mexican tile, and the kitchen is large with 24 lineal feet of counter space, 36 inch gas stove-oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and a big round skylight. There is private driveway and entrance. Phone, cable TV, VCR or DVD, CD player, wireless internet access and laundry facilities are included.

Aloha Sweet Seclusion Seasonal Rates Summary

The minimum stay is four nights, unless you can book back to back with another booking. (We may accept less than 4 nights in the Big Room. Please ask and we'll see if we can work something out) Christmas season is 6 night minimum booking.

Reunions. We can accommodate up to 16 adults, maybe more. If you take three or four spaces there is 10% discount and 6 night minimum stay. We also give 10% discount to returning guests, single travelers, and couples both under 25 (who are going to pay sorely for car rental).

The prices below include all state taxes (11.25%) and cleaning fee ($85) and are for 2 adults & children under 16 free. For one or two extra 'adults', (anyone 16 or older) please add $15/night. For 3 or more extra adults in one unit, add $25/night. "Grand total" means no other fees. Remember if paying with credit card, there will be additional 3% fee.
